Detached house on two levels renovated in 2017, located in a characteristic square near the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Libera. Ground floor: new kitchen with large dining room, living room and laundry room. First Floor: New large double bedroom and a bedroom / living room with balcony and bathroom. Independent gas heating with hot water production. New windows with shatterproof and thermal glass. Equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
Pratola Peligna is surrounded by beautiful hills and mountains suitable for walks and excursions on foot or on horseback. In Pratola you can taste local food and wines of excellent quality and local products. Discounts will be available for local guests at local food and wine establishments. It is located in the historic center and a stone's throw from the main street where many musical events are organized in favor of the many young people and families who frequent the area. In addition, do not miss the characteristic weekly market every Friday.
The structure is completely available to guests and is equipped with dishes, pots, sheets, towels, hairdryer, soap, bath foam and shampoo. The accommodation is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Great stay but somewhat disappointed with functioning in this kitchen. Room for improvements if planning to cook here. Otherwise nice little place in a good location.

A friend and I stayed in this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat for a couple of weeks. It is very clean and has everything needed for light cooking. During the day, the neighborhood is quiet but comes alive in the evenings when everyone is outside for the passegiata. There are a number of bars to enjoy for your morning coffee or aperitivo in the evenings. A local favorite shop just around the corner, Antichi Sapori, has quality prosciutto, salume and cheeses.
Our host/owner, Nunzio, speaks perfect English and was very helpful. He met us onsite to introduce us to the house and the neighborhood, going so far as to mark up a local map with places we might enjoy walking, grocery stores, etc. I was there looking for a retirement house for my husband and me and Nunzio gave me the contact details for a local realtor who was very helpful. Nunzio responded quickly to our questions and was a great host. My friend and I liked Pratola very much; as people became accustomed to seeing us they would greet us in the street. I found a house in another village nearby, but would have enjoyed more time in Pratola Peligna. I would definitely stay in Nunzio’s flat again.

The location of the property to restaurants was great. However, the property is tucked away on a side street. If arriving after 7 pm, guests should be told not to drive past the Pizzeria on the right since house numbers are difficult to see in the dark.

It was just Ok, location was great, close to cafes and downtown area. The place was dated and the stairs were steep which made it hard to climb. We had issues with shower drainage but the owner was very responsive.
