Beautiful stone holiday house with an incredible view on the Maiella Mountain.

Casa Elvira Basilico is located in Contrada Basilico in the municipality of San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore (PE), small beautiful village in the heart of the hills of Pescara, at the gates of the Maiella National Park, in a quiet unspoilt countryside, with spectacular view of the Maiella Mountain, the valley and the Adriatic Sea.
The house is a single house / villa, from the nineteenth century and built mainly with the white stone of Maiella, recently refurbished respecting the original building.
While immersed in the green hills of Maiella National Park it is still easily accessible as it is about 25 Km from Pescara airport, and less than 10 minutes from the exit of the highway A25 Roma-Pescara.
Casa Elvira Basilico can easily give a comfortable hospitality up to 10 persons.
The main house can guest up to 8 people and consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom located on two different levels, a spacious living room with sofa bed, a bright studio with a table and a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is provided with useful mosquito nets on the windows. The independent dependance, located in the garden, can accommodate two more people and has a small kitchen and private bathroom with shower. For the outdoor life the house has a large terrace with outdoor sofas, accessible both from inside and outside the house, with a wonderful view over the Maiella Mountain, the valley, the surrounding mountains and the Adriatic sea. It also has a garden equipped with gazebo, table, chairs, and small barbecue (to be eventually shared with the guests of the depandance, however, to ensure total privacy, can be rented on request with payment of a small extra amount). The house is provided with sheets, towels, kitchen supplies. Free wifi internet connection in the entire house. Flat screen Satellite TV with foreign channels.
