Casa di recente ristrutturazione, molto accogliente e ben attrezzata di tutto, molto fresca anche ad agosto, letti comodi.posizione strategica e un po’ defilata dal turismo, comodo punto di partenza per trekking oppure come sosta per un giro in moto nei bellissimi posti che si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze.
Dalle prime ore del mattino, la zona che é praticamente in mezzo a svariati cantieri per la ricostruzione delle abitazioni vicine ,diventa molto rumorosa. Non presente il bidet e doccia un po’ piccola.

Posto tranquillo all'interno di San Demetrio che é un paesino ancora in pieni lavori di ricostruzione restauro. La casa é super accogliente e l'host molto gentile e disponibile. Per noi posto ottimo come posizione per una visita Lampo all'Aquila e alle Grotte di Stiffe
Il bagno pulitissimo ma un po' stretto con doccino senza bidet...

Buona la posizione e molto pulito. Proprietari molto gentili.
Non funzionava la wifi e anche i dati prendono solo in salotto e anche lì solo in cucina.
