Superb

Big garden for relax and children to play. Nice and helpful staff. Great facilities in shared room: fridge, coffee machine with real coffee, laundry machine... Friendly cats for kid's to play with. Great breakfast with prosseco.

Walls are little thin, it was little noise at times but nothing terrible. At breakfast there were a lot off wasps but staff were trying hard to manage it. Not their fault, just a note if you are allergic etc.

Very nice pension

We stayed three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, although we were (too) late to check in. Nice and clean room, beautiful view from the balcony, nice garden, very good breakfast and excellent coffee. Definitely good value for money.

The double bed was having two separate mattresses, not feeling as one bed. Could be slightly better. There is free coffee and tea available all day (of excellent quality!) but sometimes there were no clean mugs or cups available.

good breakfast, friendly host, nice backyard with plenty of places to rest and play there is a fridge with cold drinks to buy you can have your own lunch there

there is no public area inside to be with friends together, you can only go outside small bathroom there is no sauna

Struttura accogliente e strategica per visitare la carinzia

Immersa nel verde in un panorama molto rilassante. Struttura curata ed accogliente con un giardino meraviglioso. La colazione offre possibilità di dolce o salato. Non ha un buffet vastissimo ma è tutto buono ed ogni giorno offrono una torta diversa. La posizione è defilata fuori dai centri abitati.

Le camere non sono molto ampie ma sufficienti ad ospitare e pulite. Non c’è frigobar ma al piano terra è disponibile un frigo con bibite in vendita.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Sehr nettes Familienunternehmen mit dem Herzen am richtigen Fleck. Super leckeres Frühstück, das täglich mit viel Liebe bereitet wird. Toll auch, dass man nach Lust und Laune Tee und Kaffee genießen konnte. Eine schöne Spiel- und Ruhewiese für große und kleine Gäste sorgt für einen runden Tagesabschluss. Und wenn die Seele mal etwas schwer ist sorgen drei flauschige Vierbeiner (Wilma, Frida und Mia) fürs menschliche Wohlbefinden.

Ładny pensjonat trochę na uboczu

Ładny pensjonat niedaleko Villach i Faak am See. Pokój rodzinny 4 osobowy trochę ciasny, ale na 1 czy 2 noce wystarczy. Śniadania pyszne. Parking, ładowanie EV na miejscu (0.25€ za kWh). Sympatyczni i życzliwi właściciele.

Palący sąsiedzi na balkonie obok - nie było jak otworzyć okna. Powinien być zakaz palenia także na balkonach.

Prima

Het ontbijt was prima. Eigenlijk zijn we vanwege de weersvoorspelling maar één nacht gebleven. Zouden de volgende dag gaan wandelen, maar hebben die etappe geskipt vanwege de weersverwachting. Ons korte verblijf heeft dus niks te maken met de accommodatie. Die was prima.

Alles was prima in orde. Geen negatieve ervaringen.

Mooi verblijf met fijne buiteruimte

Goed ontbijt, lekker en genoeg keuze. Kamer was goed, precies zoals op de foto. Groot grasveld achter accommodatie met verschillende activiteiten. Alles is aanwezig op de accommodatie. Zo ook bijvoorbeeld de pingpong-badjes en balletjes.

Besonders freundliche Gastgeber! Sehr gutes Frühstück, reichhaltige Auswahl für diese Preisklasse. Riesiger Garten mit zahlreichen Aktivitäten (Volleyball, Basketball, Tischtennis,...) Ausreichende Menge an Parkplätzen. Hochwertige Matratzen, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt!

Bei den Zimmern im Erdgeschoss hört man ein wenig den Frühstückslärm durch. Wenn man es ganz ruhig haben möchte sollte man eines der oberen Zimmer nehmen.

Wohlfühlpension

Das wunderbare Frühstück in einem sehr gepflegten Garten ...Einfach nur traumhaft .Alles sehr sehr sauber u.sehr freundlich .Man hat sogar die Möglichkeit die Kühlbads einzukühlen. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal .

Excellente addresse pour une étape où petit séjour.

Vue exceptionnelle. Chambre impeccable. Personnel souriant, informé et parfait au contacte. Petit déjeuner riche et irréprochable. Petite cuisine commune très utile au sous-sole où l'on peut emprunter de la vaisselle et l'utiliser la table du balcon, on peut se faire un café ou tisane, laisser des aliments au frais. Très propre.

(juste une petite suggestion) la ventilation de la salle de bain pourrait être un peu plus performante.
