The home was stunning, The view throughout the home of the puget sound was "the best, best ever". But we stayed there for 3 nights. Our Master Bedroom bathroom had no hot water! The south wing of the home was fine, so we showered on the other side. They fixed the heater element and we had a one night wonderful stay. Don't get me wrong, I would go to this home again and again. It is a treasure.

The deck is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with the wildlife, boat activity, and nature to entertain. The kitchen/living area is very well set up for keeping a group of 6 fed & for socializing. The sleeping arrangements allow for privacy between the two sides of the house, and no competition for bathrooms! We had a great stay!

We stayed here over the 4th of July long weekend. We would definitely stay here again.
The House: You walk in to a great room with greatert than 180 degree view of Puget Sound were you can see all the boats and planes coming in an out. The room has a gas fireplace (in wall), large TV (Direct TV, wifi) and comfy sitting area. There is a large dining room table and a cook's kitchen with a large attached room for a pantry with smaller accessory mini fridge and larger freezer. Had all major cooking utensils/dishes/pots/pans. There is a large master suite with a smaller room to the side (used for infant in pack and play), large master bath and large walk in closet. There are 2 other bedrooms and a small attached room on the other side of the house. Those rooms all lead to each other although the two bedrooms can be accessed separately if needed. There is a downstairs but it is unfinished at the moment. There is a narrow but long deck on the main floor that is great for watching the water and sea life. There is a lovely yard but the cliff is (as noted) quite steep at the edge of the property so children will need to be closely attended.
Area: This is a unique and interesting area of Washington. We loved how quiet it was. We explored Fort Flagstaff which we highly recommend. There are beaches, hikes and interesting military history. The general store in town is cute and fun. It is a short hop to Port Townsend for shops and dining.
Overall - we loved our stay. The pictures accurately depict the house. We would definitely stay again.
