A very special location this waterfront (legal permit) vacation home is located on magical Marrowstone Island; 100 feet of medium bank waterfront beach, easy 3 minute walk to beach access. Eastern exposure with sweeping 180 degree views of shipping lanes and Whidbey Island, as well as views of the Cascade Mountains, Mt. Baker and Mt. Rainier. Watch and hear eagles from the front window in the eagle tree and sea lions on the rocks off shore. Spectacular and peaceful. Miles of private beach walking or sunbathing! Indescribable beauty. Our home is a immaculate, charming and spacious. 1,700 square. ft. 3bd/2 bath, with a forced air furnace and gas fireplace, modern kitchen and cozy double patio. Sleeps 6. Feather pillows and comfortable mattresses. All rooms have water views. The great room features large view windows with abundant natural light. The property is 1.2 acres with old growth evergreen trees. Very private and quiet.
Quiet neighborhood. Outstanding beach experience for walking, eagle watching, swimming, water sports and dog walking for miles!! Boat launch, canoe rentals, half mile away. Gateway to the scenic Olympic Mountains. Venture off to quaint nearby Port Townsend or Fort Flagler State Park for hiking and sightseeing.
A few words about COVID 19.
We are taking great precautions to provide a safe environment using CDC cleaning practices -- thoroughly sanitizing all surfaces including: light switches, door knobs, cupboards, faucet handles, toilets, etc., as well as conducting our usual cleaning regime. Our cleaning staff are using protective equipment, masked and gloved while disinfecting.

I'd say 4.5.The home was clean and comfortable. I would suggest a newer T.V. and a stereo of some sort.We had no music and missed the baseball game due to no cable or streaming available..If I had known this, i would have brought a Bluetooth speaker.

Extremely clean. Breathtaking view. Easy access. The only problem was that the electric wood stove would heat the living room but not the bedrooms. So no air conditioning and no heat.
