The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras do not actively record video or sound and will be on during the duration of your stay. The cameras are primarily for monitoring weather conditions - This property does not offer air conditioning - There are other bookable vacation rentals on-site, and they share the beach, yard, and dock with this property; therefore, from June to August, other travelers may be present during your stay. This cabin is private and has a dedicated grill, fire pit, hammock, and picnic table. Due to the area's seasonality, September to May are the quieter times of the year - While 3 kayaks are available to this unit, a total of 8 adult-sized kayaks, 3 child-sized kayaks, 1 rowboat, and 1 canoe are shared between the rentals on-site. Guests are encouraged to coordinate with each other to share equipment as needed - The seasonal dock is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests are welcome to use it for fishing or swimming; if you would like to use it for other purposes you will need to reach out after booking - There is no EV charging available on-site, but there is a charging station less than a mile down the road
