- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces the front outdoor entry and parking area. Camera 2 faces the property exterior and the owner’s property next door. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras do not actively record video or sound and will be on during the duration of your stay. The cameras are primarily for monitoring weather conditions
- This property does not offer air conditioning
- There are other bookable vacation rentals on-site, and they share the beach, yard, and dock with this property; therefore, from June to August, other travelers may be present during your stay. This cabin is private and has a dedicated grill, fire pit, hammock, and picnic table. Due to the area's seasonality, September to May are the quieter times of the year
- While 3 kayaks are available to this unit, a total of 8 adult-sized kayaks, 3 child-sized kayaks, 1 rowboat, and 1 canoe are shared between the rentals on-site. Guests are encouraged to coordinate with each other to share equipment as needed
- The seasonal dock is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests are welcome to use it for fishing or swimming; if you would like to use it for other purposes you will need to reach out after booking
- There is no EV charging available on-site, but there is a charging station less than a mile down the road

This was a great place to stay for our family (grandparents, kids, grandkids) because of the size and number of bedrooms/beds. The house was pretty clean and had almost anything that you could have needed to prepare meals. The beach and lawn space was great for us and for the kids. The owner was very kind and allowed us to take an extra couple of hours to pack up on our last day. I would not be surprised if we stay again at this house, hopefully in the summer when it's a bit warmer and we can make more use of the lake!

From start to finish Glenn immediately answered all questions and the property exceeded expectations. The house was accurately described and very spacious. Coffee on the porch with morning fog over the lake was super. Very nice beach area with very shallow clear water. We loved having the large lawn area for games and activities. While we thought the property having a shared lakefront would be a negative, we actually very much enjoyed having additional kids and families around for our children to play with. We felt very welcomed the entire week and our dog loved it too!

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. The house was clean and comfortable with direct access to Lake Pleasant, steps from the front porch. We took advantage of the kayaks and fished right from the shore. Great hikes nearby, great place to just relax and enjoy the lake and the Adirondacks. Great communication from the owner, look forward to coming back in the future.
