Beautiful home and property. Very thoughtful and attentive owners. Mid August stay, river level was too low for kayaking and tubing. We explored nearby woods lake and tenant creek falls. Great stay!

Beautiful home right on the Sacandaga River. Lots of fun just hanging out in the river, splashing around. Would come back in second. Close to the towns of Northville and Speculator for groceries and restaurants.

This home is clean and well maintained. It is stocked with everything you need and has activities for all ages. The host is very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely return for another visit.
