We had such a great weekend color tour and absolutely loved using this cozy cabin as our home base! It’s in the perfect spot—close to Higgins and Houghton Lakes, tons of beautiful trails, and just a short drive to Hartwick Pines. The cabin was super clean, comfortable, charming decor, and had everything we could possibly need. The host was friendly and responsive, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We’d definitely book this cabin again!

Very cute home for long weekend at Higgins Lake. We found it to be very clean. Well equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans and dishes you could need. Loved the open loft space for teenager, the pullout sofa was comfortable. Only thing missing was a BBQ grill, that would've been perfect for the weekend. Very responsive and good communication. Would book again. Thank you for sharing your home.

This cabin was just perfect had all we needed and were so easy to work with..cabin was so clean bed was super comfy..we enjoyed stay completely. Never figured out to turn ceiling fan on (but didn't reach out to ask either)

We really enjoyed the rental. The house is recently remodeled with nice fixtures and finishes. The owner made us feel welcome with a gift basket of treats. All the electronics are new, the wifi was fast and the a/c worked great downstairs (it was a hot weekend!). We would absolutely stay here again.
