It was difficult to find the house and get inside due to all the exterior and interior and exterior lights being off. House was very cold when we arrived. Chad responded fairly quickly when he was notified of the thermostat issue. Very hot upstairs and rather chilly downstair made for uncomfortable sleep and chilly bathrooms for getting ready in the morning. House is spacious and has lots of space, so guests aren't on top of one another.
