Very nice experience. Home appears recently remolded and well stocked
Enjoyed the fire pit especially since weather was cool. Appreciated cleanliness and timely responses from owner, Steve.
Location was great in that a nice walk or quick drive took us to beach, town and multiple restaurants.

The home is great condition and well laid out as shown in the photos. All the key necessities were there from beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and the kitchen had a full draw of spices, olive oil and all other the necessities for the kitchen. Steve does an amazing job at providing all the basics, essentials, and more needed for a great stay. AC Units in all rooms worked great when needed. Beds are all comfortable and plenty of storage. Parking was more than sufficient. The house is on a busy street, but the road noise is minimal so not an issue. The house is an easy walk to the town of Carlsbad. Thanks Steve for being a great host.

This trip was our second time staying in this coastal house. Very happy about our choice. Super clean and spacious house and equipped with all you need. Steve, the owner is very accommodating as well.
