I had a wonderful time. The condo was everything we expected. The view was amazing.

Pros
The price was good
The location/beach access is great
The condo was very clean
The condo was stocked with items that were sufficient until a trip to the store could be made. Non food items such as toilet paper
Equipped with towels (bath and beach)
A few beach chairs, but only 2 worth using
Plenty of dishes, glassware, pans and utensils for our small group of 3
The porch had great ocean front views
2 women I think were staff (maybe residents) super friendly
Cons
We rented thru Vrbo. When first looking at this property Vrbo indicated there was a pool. Evidently an old listing because the pool is gone due to a storm. I realized this AFTER renting when I went to the actual website for the property to see if it had additional pictures. It was when I could not find pictures of the pool and reading reviews I realized the pool was gone. Hoping it was a mistake, I inquired about it with Vrbo who referred me to the property manager. I got an email from him that was quite strongly worded that it is very clear on rentals description there is no longer a pool. That was not the case for me so next time I rent thru Vrbo I’ll do more research. One more thing and I’ll move on…out of curiosity my daughter went to Zillow.com to get an idea on how much the condos sell for. Several units for sale and they also state there is a pool.
Assigned parking. The assigned spots are small. Had to let my daughter and granddaughter get out of car before I parked because we didn’t have room to open the car doors on both sides. On one occasion another car was parked over the line and my car would fit in my assigned spot. I called and left voicemail for the building contact at the number I was given to let them know I was parked in an unmarked unassigned spot and asked if that was ok going forward. No one returned my call.
Parking lot flooded. It rained one afternoon but not hard or long enough that I would have expected flooding. (I live in West Virginia so I’m used to flash flooding). We were out during the rain and when we got back the parking lot was flooded and we couldn’t park. We decided to go eat dinner somewhere and check back. Able to park when we got back.
Only one key for the condo and it was difficult to turn in the lock. I went to the store while my daughter and granddaughter went to beach. We each needed a key to get back in the building. Very inconvenient to not have 2 keys.

Wonderful stay and a wonderful location. Perfect view of the ocean from the balcony off the living room. Immediate and easy Beach access. Made for a very easy and inclusive stay. The condo is very well furnished and very comfortable. Once stocked with food. No need to leave. Plan on using this location for future visits from family from the North. Had a wonderful view of a Falcon rocket launch. Very easy to access key and parking. Fantastic stay and a fantastic host.

The view from the condo balcony couldn’t have been any better. The beach was right there. Open the sliding glass door and you could see and hear the waves crashing against the shore. We fell asleep and awoke each day hearing the sound of the ocean. Awesome feeling.
The condo was nicely decorated in a beach theme. Everything we needed for cooking, eating and bathing was there. They did not forget a thing.
Called the owner about where to find the key to get in and where to dump the trash, but other than that no hiccups.
