About this apartment rental
Direct ocean front, 2 bedroom and 2-bathroom, condo on the 6th floor right next to Patrick Airport - Space Force Base. The condo boasts amazing ocean & coastal views from every room of the condo on the top floor of the 6-floor building with updates including: Impact glass windows & doors and quartz countertops. You can watch every launch from the private balcony of this top floor, direct oceanfront condo in Satellite Beach.
The condo is pretty spacious with a full kitchen equipped with all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking; a master bedroom consisting of master bathroom with walk-in shower, makeup counter, walk-in closet, bath closet, a KING bed, smart TV and a sitting chair; The second bedroom including a murphy queen bed, closet, dedicated working desk and chair; the second bathroom is right outside the second bedroom with walk-in shower; the living room consisting of the dining table set, the sofas with the queen pull out bed, and the smart TV.
Guests are encouraging to open closets and cabinets to find extra linen, blankets, towels, supplies and kitchen wares to use during the stay. Please put back clean items where you found.
A couple of days before the trip, guests will receive a door code and direction details for their self-check-in at any time. The welcome sheet will provide WIFI and all information for the stay.
Finally, we have had beach access approved by the city before Christmas 2024. The beach access is right behind the back door, 100 feet from the elevators.
The community has the game room and gathering room on the ground floor.
For common areas outside the unit, guests should read the signs and follow the HOA rules for access.
We provide beach umbrella, chairs, cooler, and beach towels. The nice bath towels are for inside use only.

Really great unit with amazing view from balcony. Loved sitting out there everyday. Bed was comfortable and living room furniture was the same. Great host and I would come back here again

Top notch VRBO. Beautiful views. Convenient to beach access. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Will be staying here again!
