Just a short stroll away (0.4 miles) from the public beach access at Seagull Park, our vacation home offers the perfect escape from the crowds. Bask in the sun and surf, and enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings. We've thoughtfully provided beach essentials for your convenience, including a beach cart, umbrella, and beach towels. And for an unforgettable experience, watch a spectacular rocket launch right from the beach!

Our home features an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a cheerful and inviting living room, complete with a super comfortable couch, a 55-inch smart TV, and a variety of board games for family fun. Guests can enjoy live TV through YouTube TV and on-demand streaming via Netflix and Apple TV. High-speed internet service is provided by Spectrum, offering speeds up to 400 Mbps.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware you might need.

The highlight of our property is a massive, private pool oasis for your family's enjoyment! For a nominal upcharge based on the length of your stay, the pool can be heated. In addition to the pool, there is an outdoor dining table that comfortably seats six people, along with three chaise lounge chairs.
Please note, we have a security camera in the backyard to ensure the property remains safe and secure when we are not present.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked with all the little things you need on a daily basis. The pool was the perfect temperature and had great depth in the deep end, which is rare nowadays. The neighborhood was nice as well. The walk to the beach was just a smidgeon less ideal than I would have preferred because of a lack of a direct crossing across A1A highway. (We ended up opting to drive instead - literally a one minute drive.) The nearest beach access is a very small park, which is amazing for those of us who don't like crowded beaches. We would definitely stay here again. It is a perfect family vacation home.

This really was a wonderful property; the description and pictures were spot on and the host was wonderful! Public beach access is within walking distance with Canova dog Beach a ten minute drive, and Cocoa Beach only about fifteen minutes away. We brought our two small dogs and there’s a wonderful little park to walk dogs, not even a five minute walk away. The house was nice and clean and well stocked with everything we needed and we used the beautiful pool every day. This was a lovely quiet beach town, not too touristy or crowded, with lovely beaches and places to explore. We would absolutely return!

We absolutely adore this beautiful home. It is quiet, a perfect distance from the beach, and the pool is absolutely wonderful. Great beds (and boy does that make a difference!). The check in and communication with the owner was top notch with zero issues. The home had absolutely everything we could have asked for (and more), including front row seats for a rocket launch from the pool! Don't pass this one up, you will love it like we do! we will certainly be back!

We loved our stay! Everything was SUPER clean and they had everything you could ever need between the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, beach stuff ect. Michele is by far the sweetest and most responsive person we have rented from.
