Please be advised that due to ongoing geothermal system repairs at Sandpiper Towers, the HVAC (heating and cooling) systems in all units will be offline from February 12th through March 9th, 2026.
Guests will not have access to heating or air conditioning during this period. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as necessary maintenance is completed to improve the property.
For safety reasons, unit breakers connected to HVAC systems have been turned off. If you are staying during this time, please ensure your thermostat remains in the OFF position.

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
▶ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
▶ TRASH: The trash room is located on the ground floor. Please ensure that all trash bags are sealed before disposal.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

Be aware of some construction being done on the property. The noise wasn’t much of an issue, but there is no direct access to the beach or places on site to lounge in the sun. It is about a 5 minute walk to get to a beach entrance. This is a pretty residential neighborhood so there are not a lot of restaurants or things to do within walking distance. Also, this part of the beach has rocks/coral at the shore line so you need to choose a spot to swim carefully.
the unit was clean and comfortable and has a great view! The unit owner/manger was easy to deal with - no issues. It meet all of our expectations. We just felt that the location didn’t offer much to do. So it really depends on what you want to do for recreation.

We had a great stay in the updated condo. Everything was updated and clean. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Towels were plentiful. The condo had everything we needed for a cozy couple of days at the beach.

The view was great, so would stay again for the location. Even with the construction going on and no beach access adjacent to the property beach access is literally 0.2 miles away, which was a plus. The downside of this property was no TV or fan in the master bedroom the AC is not as reliable, and even though the floors are faux wood planks the floor was very dirty, I regret not bringing a swiffer sweeper. The rug in the master needs to be cleaned there was not much circulation over than that we had a great time.
