We chose this spot for a fishing trip and are very happy we did. It is across the street from Yankeetown Marina for launching your boat ($5), getting fuel & bait. There is parking for a truck & trailer on one side of the house leaving the carport and long driveway open.
No need to buy ice since the house has a huge icemaker on the screened porch by the floating dock. Also has a chest freezer and small fridge in the boat house (which is about 10 steps from the main house). Even at a negative low tide the canal was over 2' deep in the center and navigable for my 20' bay boat.
The house is comfortable and well stocked. Keurig style coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. House was very clean and updated.
Carlos, the property manager, was great! Very communicative & helpful and even gave us some fishing spots! We will be back.

It was my husband and myself and our 2 girls (labs) the house was right on river, the back yard was perfect. The house was set up very nice and the grand kids loved the second living room in back. They had fun catching catfish (using hot dogs). It is very close to Crystal River, Inverness. There is loads of things to do.I found our place to go too see our kids. The Mc Phereson's were wonderful!! It is so peaceful there.

Hi stayed in this home with my family of 9. We loved the home and the town, it was the perfect place to disconnect for 6 days. We visited the natural springs in the area. As a floridian I felt I needed to do this.. My kids are adults now so is was an exceptional town to stay.
The home was fully equipped with everything we need. As latin people that we are we took food for 10 days. LOL.. If you love to fish like my son does no worries you have a marina infront of the house. Also the an ice maker in the back no need to run to the store for that.
We will defenitely consider staying there again, safe travels.

We had a fantastic 3 day stay at this home. It had everything we needed - - plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, room for the kids to play outside, a beautiful river view. The owners were super responsive to our questions and needs. It's close enough to Weeki Wachee, so we spent a day at the park watching the mermaids swim. Love this house and would love to return on our next FL visit!
