Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the Beach, Lazy River and water-slide at Phoenix Gulf Towers 2 with incredible RELAXING views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,091 sq ft the unit is very spacious, plus an additional 268 sq ft of space on large beach front balcony. It is furnished a Coastal theme to make you feel at home. The Large balcony provides incredible direct views of the Gulf along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Tower condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, Free High Speed WiFi throughout the unit. Large 65 inch flat screen SMART TV in living room and a large 55inch flat screen SMART TV in each of the bedrooms. The unit has its own laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master bedroom along with 2 bedside tables and a dresser. The other 3 bedrooms have 2 Queen beds in each with a dresser and night stand. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The unit sleeps 16 total with 14 in beds and 2 children on the sofa sleeper. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen comes with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, kids splash pad and a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. There is year round beach service with beach chairs and umbrella's available for rent from a 3rd party beach service. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. 'Our stay at the Patterson condo was wonderful! The room was beautiful, and the view was great. I am so glad we decided to go with the Patterson's condo, we didn't have any problems and Mr. and Mrs. Patterson were very nice. The condo was everything they said it would be and more. We have no complaints. The staff at Phoenix was helpful and check-in went smooth. There is plenty for you to do, the tennis court was nice and there is a indoor and outdoor pool as well as a kiddie pool that worked out well for us because we have two small children. Our family plans to visit Orange beach again next summer and we would love to stay in the Patterson Condo again.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this lovely condo! It was perfect for our girl’s trip and had everything we needed. The place was super clean and updated amazingly well. The ice machine was a game changer for beach days. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again, no questions.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The views were incredible through the floor to ceiling windows and large balcony. It very easily accommodated our party. The amenities were fantastic! We used the indoor and outdoors pools, fitness center and of course beach access. The location can’t be beat! The owner, Kelly, quickly answered any question we had. Absolutely recommend and would love to return!
