From the breathtaking views of the Gulf through two walls of glass to the spacious interior and high-end finishes, you’ll love your home away from home. The free-flowing open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and gathering with a large group of your favorite people. In the spacious living room, the decor matches the scenery, which you can enjoy from any angle. When you need a break from the beach, relax on the sectional sofa and watch a favorite show on the large flatscreen TV.
Steps from the living area, you’ll find the Gulfview dining table with seating for eight and a full wet bar whose built-in wine fridge invites nights of merriment. Open to the living and dining spaces is the beautiful kitchen. With dark wood cabinetry, endless granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an enormous breakfast bar with seating for four, and gorgeous Gulf views, it’s the heart of the home.
In this four-bedroom, four-bathroom home, there are a variety of sleeping arrangements to comfortably sleep an incredible 18 guests. In the Gulfview primary suite, you’ll love the King bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom. Two of the other bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows displaying Gulf views, and the bunk room’s built-in twin over Queen bunk beds are sure to be a favorite with the kids. Each room also has a flatscreen TV, and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience.
After a day full of beach and pool time, you’ll love returning to your private balcony overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf to dine al fresco or lie back on a lounge chair. And as a corner unit, you’ll enjoy unobstructed sunset views that will leave you breathless.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
