This 4 bedroom house is located right on the Gulf boasting over 100 feet of private beach. No crowds, no waiting for an elevator. Just walk off the deck and onto the the sand. When you've had enough fun in the sun on the private beach, hang out in the shaded, sandy area under the house and watch the kids play while you grill out.
This beautiful home has been fully remodeled with high-end fixtures, furniture and appliances in May 2022.
Enjoy a family movie night in the living room on our brand new, high-definition flat screen TVs. Each bedroom also has wall mounted flat screen TVs.
Pack the stainless steel refrigerator with your favorite snacks and refreshments and enjoy whipping up some family favorites in our fully equipped kitchen.

We will also collect a refundable cash Pet Damage Deposit of $300 for your first small dog with each additional pet there is a $150 refundable cash pet damage deposit. Maximum of 3 small pets.

A few things could be repaired or replaced and repainted. Front door lock was sticky, door could use paint. Master bedroom slider door needs replaced. Had a terrible time opening it . Some of front porch steps need replaced. Hand rail also needs replaced.we had to use water hose to wash off with. Outside shower was weak. But over all had a great time. Thanks just being honest.

This house was perfect. Being right on the beach made it easy to come and go. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and the den for all of us to sit. Being pet friendly was an added bonus since we were able to bring our fur baby. We will be back.

Perfect for our vacation. Location was wonderful and size and layout of house was perfect for my family ! Everybody had enough room and space but we still enjoyed being together .
