Everybody no need to hesitate to book they are so good they give you your privacy like you own the home it’s spacious and beautiful too! I appreciate them allowing us to stay on our football trip to bullhead city if we return we will be definitely coming back. Thank you!

Easy access to property. Communication with owner was great. We had an issue with one of the showers, and they had a plumber there as soon as possible to get it fixed. Everyone slept well. More than enough beds to accommodate everyone. Plus the washer and dryer worked. Unlike other properties we have stayed at. I hate the wet clothes smell after the pool. Loved the outside bathroom, eliminating wet floor inside the house to use the bathroom. Grill could of been a little bigger for a family of 10. But overall will recommend and will book again.
P.S. First house that we have booked that actually had a pool guy come and make sure the ph levels of the pool were still good.

Our stay at this place was great, it felt just like home. It’s in a residential area so it’s really peaceful and quite there. Neighbors did not bother at all. It literally had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the needs from pots and pans to the silverware. Restrooms had extra towels and stocked in with toilet paper aswell. Anything that I noticed through our stay or out of place I would message our Host and he would respond in a timely manner. & Davis Camp was just 3-4 minutes away which was a Plus for us. It has 4 rooms and 7 beds. I booked for 10 people but im sure you can book for more. I would definitely book with them again.

my brothers room up on retiring to bed they found hoodie type coat in the bottom of the bed between the sheets They went to town a rented a room at a motel forthe balence of the week
i didn't find out about for a couple of days. I didn't want to make a fuss.
master bedroom sheets are so thin you cant not even feel them
also had a smoke alarm start beeping had no battery to change it out so we disabled it.
I report it to our host
other than that all was good
