The space is big. Lots of room. Beds were comfortable. Close to the river and BBQ area.
It needs a bit of TLC. Needs to be painted, furniture needs to be cleaned up. Needs hand towels in the kitchen and bathrooms, washcloths, and bath mats for the floor after showering. Bathtubs were extremely slippery while showering. Didn’t have adequate forks, spoons, and knives in the main kitchen.

Enjoyed our labor day weekend here, we were able to spend lots of time in the river without having tons of people around due to the enforced rules and regulations. I will definitely be booking again hopefully 1 more time this year. My entire family had such an amazing trip.This location was perfect for us. I highly recommend this place to everyone who will read this. BOOK BOOK BOOK you only live once enjoy yourself bring your family an make some memories. Stephanie an luke you both are great people we definitely will be back.

Location was good but the website makes it look like we have the whole beach area to ourselves. I would have loved to get the houses closer to the river. That’s what I thought I was getting.
There wasn’t extra toilet paper. It could’ve been cleaner. The bedding wasn’t as fresh and clean as I would’ve liked.
