Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath, with two separate kitchens, private balcony area, about 4second walk to two private beaches (residents and vacationers only) This apartment can also link to another apartment that can accommodate up to 20 people . This property is located in a no wake zone with a private fishing dock, centrally located to restaurants, casinos, shopping ,jetski and boat rentals, we do have wrist bands for the beach, any outside guests will be charged for beach access

My favorite place to stay. Fully furnished and equipped to cook, rest, and the best part is the short distance to the river. Very private, we love it!

It was a much different neighborhood that what we have typically stayed in before. It looked a little scary as we drove into the apt complex at night, but all was safe. The home is two separate apartments. It says it sleeps 14, but there is only seating for 7 on the couch in the main living space. The kitchen table had 6 seats. The other couch/ futon/bed was in the kitchen of the other connected unit, but it was so removed from the main area no one used it. We did use the other unit’s bedroom with private bath. The kids had a blast at the beach, there were some other residents that used it while we were there, for the most part, they were mellow and used kid friendly language, there was only one time we had to take the kids in due to very coarse inappropriate language. It was so nice to leave the snow behind and relax in the sun on the beach. The property was amazing in attending to any issues. We had a little problem with no WiFi at first, but they fixed it up in a jiffy! Very Pleasant stay. Would stay again.
