About this house rental
Large one-story home with large rooms, open living, kitchen and dining. Great for family gathering together in large open area. Internet, and garage. Access to Colorado river, city park, casino's, ATV trails, restaurants, all with-in blocks or short drive. Super Walmart with-in a mile. Beautiful sunsets off large back concrete patio. Early morning hear the birds sing in the trees and pond at back of the property.

Upon arrival, it was obvious the cleaning crew had not cleaned the house. However, the host Joel offered to have the cleaning folks over right away. We opted to clean the house ourselves given that our 2 dogs were already agitated after our car drive. We didn't consider this to be a deal breaker. Joel managed to refund the cleaning fee that was included in the total fees. That was gracious on his part.
