1860 square foot Condo built in 2007. Two Full Master Suites upstairs, balcony with view of Mountains. Fully furnished, a complete kitchen with Laundry Room, BBQ, Internet for streaming on 6 Smart TV's. 2 miles east of the Colorado River, 2.7 miles to Laughlin Casinos. Quiet complex with a great sunset view. Dollar General within walking distance. The main renter must be at least 30 years old, thanks.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Close to alot of places to explore. Then ad in the entertainment options from laughlin nevada. Another plus the price of meat if you like to grill.(retired meat cutter). We had a great long . If we come this way again it will be our first choice.
