We stayed 2 nights. Kayaks in Grayling day 1, biking in Aspen Park, Gaylord day 2 - centrally located for both.
The house was clean and stocked with extra bedding, towels, dishes, etc.
We enjoyed boardgames on the deck and relaxing around the campfire.
Would recommend.

Our stay was better than I had imagined. The place is neat, clean, and very well stocked. It seems more spacious and efficient than the pictures show. We used the decks, grill, and fire pit. We were a family group from upper 60’s to age 4. We ALL loved our stay.

This cabin was an awesome place to stay and relax while on a golf weekend. Inside was very clean and had everything you could need. Outside was very private, quiet, and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck and around the fire pit at night. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would stay here again in the future without hesitation.

This home was perfect for our 3 generation family of 4 adults & 3 kids (ages 15 mos. to 12 years). The cabin lay-out is roomy and convenient & has lots of windows. We loved the main floor design for cooking, eating & being together. Both full baths are spacious, with laundry facilities in the lower one. The wooded setting is quiet, lovely & perfect for nightly campfires. Old & young had fun gathering birch bark for kindling & logs for firewood. We really appreciated the homeowners’ attention to detail comforts, i.e. quality bath towels & bedding, toiletries, noise machines & fans in every bedroom, pack n play & booster seat, games, comfortable furniture inside & outside, and everything you might need in the kitchen, including an insta-pot. The garage space is handy for the stuff you don’t want inside & the front & back decks are great sitting, play, or grilling areas. We loved the Otsego State park beach and lake nearby, the outdoor community pool, Call of the Wild Museum, The Aspen Trail for family hiking or mountain biking, Elks Park, & Douma’s Playground - all in Gaylord. The DNR services in Gaylord were very helpful with providing information for back country trails for backpacking/camping that 2 of our family members enjoyed. We look forward to coming back and experiencing the beauty of other seasons here!
