We had a wonderful stay in Bethany Beach! The home was super clean and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. We had our two children with us, along with my parents, so the layout was perfect. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my parents, and the 4 of us stayed upstairs with our own bath and living area. Loved having bicycles available to use. We rode through the neighborhood several days. Huge plus in my book was that towels and sheets were provided to us at our arrival. No need to pack all of that! Air conditioning was cold, and the shower heads had great water pressure. (Sounds silly, but these are two issues we've had at previous homes, so we were quite pleased on our stay here.) Craig and Nancy were great to work with and went the extra mile to have all the information we needed available to us before our stay. Townhome is a quick drive to the beach, and several restaurants and ice cream places were within walking distance. Would highly recommend this home! Thank you, Nancy and Craig, for opening your beautiful home to us!

We had a great stay in the house with our family. The house is very clean and had everything we could need. The location is only a mile from Bethany and it is an easy walk/drive straight into town. We didn't feel crowded and love pretty much everything about the house and location (good food right across street too). This was our second year staying here and plan to continue to do so.

We were trying to get into Bethany Beach proper so as to be on the trolley route but wound up booking late. So glad we did! Being 1/2 mile from the furthest trolley stop is absolutely the only minor negative with this property - everything else was perfect! As it turned out, the trolley only runs every 1/2 hour. We must have just missed it and waited for the next with 3 young, impatient boys - not pleasant! We wound up driving to the beach every other day and found parking easily each time.
Onto the positive ...
+ Craig and Nancy are wonderful hosts -- excellent communications
+ The house is newish, tastefully furnished/decorated and immaculate
+ One of only 15 units in small townhome complex in great location near excellent restaurants and services
+ Comfy bedrooms that were perfect for our brood (4 adults + 3 boys)
+ Amazing kitchen and dining room - plenty of prep and eating space for 8
+ Keurig machine and more than enough cookware, dishes, plates/bowls/cups ...
+ Modern, quiet dishwasher and full-sized washer and dryer
+ The FREE pool (unlike some Bethany rental communities) was clean and only 2 doors down from our unit
To summarize, we LOVED this place and if we decide to take another Bethany Beach area vacation with the family we will DEFINITELY book here!
+ Bicycles, beach chairs/umbrella, infrared grill ... well equipped for a beach vacation

Spent a long weekend with our two children. We love Bethany and the Delaware beaches in general, and were thrilled with the home. It was only a mile into town and there are even plenty of places to grab items quickly in walkable distance from the home. Everything was very clean in the home and seemed brand new and fresh. It was the perfect size for our family and we just loved the location. Can't wait to come back again. Thanks for the owners for the friendly and easy communication and check in.
