Just 1.5-2 blocks from the Pavilion amenities and 3.5-4 blocks to the October Glory outdoor pool (and right by the beach shuttle stop), this newly updated 2-bedroom, plus loft, 3-bath, second-floor walk-up corner Golf Villa-style condo offers a screened porch, with a new ceiling fan with lights, and an open deck. At 1,939 square feet, this rental offers the largest of the Bear Trap Dunes condo floor plans. The great room features not only a large living area (with a sleeper sofa) but also a small open area, with an office desk referred to as the 'library' (also with a sleeper sofa), that just adds to the open and airy feel of this charming property. Recent updates include new stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen that include everything from new cabinets, new washer & dryer, pots & pans, air fryer, and coffee maker and grinder, to name a few. The condo has two bedrooms and a loft. The first bedroom is equipped with a brand new California King bed, ideal for a restful rest. The second bedroom has a new bedding arrangement that includes a new bunk bed, plus a new single bed. Additionally, the loft includes another Queen bed, providing additional space for more guests. All new bedding on all beds to include new mattresses and waterproof mattress covers, new pillows, anti-allergenic/waterproof pillow covers on every bed, and new comforters and shams on every bed. Lastly, there is also one pull-out double bed in the living room, and one single bed pull-out in the den. The property has three bathrooms for added convenience, ensuring that all guests have the necessary space and privacy.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, pickleball courts, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant.

The owner has also curated a refreshed look with the use of new art and textiles throughout the property for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
