The house was perfect for our mini-getaway with our dog and elderly parents. Only having minimal steps to get into the house (and no steps inside) worked out very well with our mom who uses a cane and walker. The yard was a godsend for our dog...he enjoyed exploring the nooks and crannies of the very extensive fenced backyard space. And the location is convenient to many restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and events. It's only a 10 minute drive to the beach which allowed for many easy trips back and forth. The beds and other furniture were sufficient for our needs (although it's all a bit dated). The house is charming and comfortable and sits in a lovely walkable neighborhood. Vacasa was excellent at communicating with us and resolved our issues during the stay. It was a lovely few days in Bethany/Oceanview.

Overall, this place and experience was great. Enjoyed the grill, place was very clean and check in was a breeze. The only issue was the beds - they were very firm. If you like a firm bed, then you are in luck, but my wife and I prefer a bed a bit on the softer side.

We really enjoyed the comfortable home. The owners are clearly dog lovers with beds, bowls and balls ! My kids loved the toys and space to play ! Would stay again. The yard is large and fenced in which was great for our pups !
