Thanks to its convenient location, you can hit the links whenever the mood should strike you.

The floor plan contains 1,525 square feet of comfortable vacationing space - plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay. The interior's light, pastel colors give it a welcoming ambience, which you can truly enjoy while lounging in the living room. The primary bedroom features a front terrace, perfect for indulging in the crisp Delaware air. The screened porch and open-air deck houses comfortable seating and dining space for the best options for outside enjoyment Each bedroom as well as the living area has its own TV. There is a 55-inch smart TV in the living area with a Blu-ray player and another TV in the primary bedroom. All bedroom TVs feature a DVD player, meaning everyone in your group has options to view their favorite shows.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club.
Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only).
The fireplace is no longer available to use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
