Snowy conditions and the switchback in the road can make driving up difficult in the winter months - 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months to access the property - The garage is not available for guest use - There is a natural spring off the main road, by the entrance of the property. Locals will stop throughout the day to get water - This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 8 adults and 2 children due to the property being well-produced. Any additional guests will cause a deficit in water availability - This home is best suited for a maximum of 8 adults - This property does not offer air conditioning SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION - Your safety matters.
