I didn't realize the owner of the property would be in the lower level. That a separate private entrance that went through the garage and was blocked off. At first I thought it was different and after the fact I wouldn't have it any other way. Maybe at a different location but in this particular location Darrin and Leialla were the best host I could ask for. They are genuine good people. They left us on our own, but they were willing to help on a whim, like when I randomly bought flowers for my wife on our first morning. I needed a case and Leialla produced several options.
I had breakout back with Darrin ams we hit it off and spent 3hrs talking.
When we got home from Red Rocks and everyone went to bed, Leialla joined me on the back patio and talked for hours.
I can't say enough good things about them
The coffee, fresh baked cookies, snacks and freshly bottled milk (old school - glass bottle) were a nice touch. He k, even the discount card for the grocery store and the maps.
They had it all set up. It was professional and above and beyond on all fronts.

There were 5 of us, my daughter, her husband, and their two young children. The home worked great for us. The bedrooms were reasonably sized and the two bathrooms were in good condition. The house was well cleaned when we arrived and was equipped with everything we needed.
There is a pleasant back yard with a deck and patio that we used quite a bit. It had plenty of seating, a gas grill, and a fire pit. There was also a small charcoal grill that we did not use.
The host is very pleasant. She gave us a good tour of the house when we arrived and was responsive to our questions (mostly questions related to things she told us about stuff in the house that we forgot).
Would definitely stay here again.
