House was as described and exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean and comfortable!! Kitchen is well stocked had everything we needed. Home had plenty of space for our 2 small families to gather and enjoy ourselves. Pool was a big hit for the kids and we got the opportunity to enjoy the backyard patio. The lake was a short drive away, which made it very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again.

The house was so new that “maps” sent us to the next block. And then we realized it was the only house ON the block. The home is away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to enjoy it all. We used to use the hotels in Laughlin and it was always an ordeal. Very comfortable and clean home. I really don’t think the home lacked anything. We definitely look forward to staying there again. My family always rents homes on our vacations and this one by far exceeded our expectations.
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy ourselves. Fully stocked kitchen. No need to bring anything from home. Super soft white towels, very clean house, pool towels, plenty of extra blankets for snuggling on the couch.
Lots of fun games for the kids and plenty of Tv's to occupy adult and teenagers Tv preferences.
This home is very close to Lake Mohave and the river. We took the boat to the lake on Friday and Saturday and rented jet ski's on the river on Sunday. A few of us adults went to the Casinos on Sunday night and had a great time. Even won some money!!
The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to the questions we had before our stay. We had 1 question late at night and we called the owners, they picked up right away and helped us. We can not wait to stay here again. Hopefully we can get 1 more lake trip in this season and then we can come back to enjoy our Razors and dirt bikes when it cools off. So many trails right by the property. We can not wait to explore them.
Highly recommend this home. Owner said they will have a second one available in August. Can't wait to try that one out too.

We felt like we were at a resort. The owners have a beautifully decorated, nicely furnished, every detail thought out brand new home. It was perfect after a day on the lake to be able to come back and park the car in the garage, back the truck and boat into the RV side yard, and relax out by the pool while we BBQ’d dinner. We also enjoyed the front courtyard for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. Perfect location for easy access to Katherine’s. Owners have great communication and truly care about your stay being comfortable.
