L’appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Triana (marché, pont isabel II, bars, restaurants…) et à moins de 20/30 min à pieds des points d’intérêt de Séville (Cathédrale, Giralda, place d’Espagne, Tour de l’Or, Arène, réal alcazar…) Nous avons bien dormi (lit et canapé confortables), la résidence est calme. L’appartement est bien aménagé et la terrasse est un plus.
Niveau propreté : rien de catastrophique mais pas nickel non plus. Pourrait mieux faire.

Ce studio convient pour une ou deux nuits mais pas plus!
Les équipements sont très vétustes. La salle de bain n'était pas pratique. Il y avait des courants d'air sous la porte d'entrée + de l'eau qui rentrait car il pleuvait beaucoup. La propreté du studio était douteuse...
