Unbeatable location, in the heart of Castilla Street next to the Plaza de Callao and the Mercado de Triana. In a typical neighborhood courtyard full of pots, overlooking the Guadalquivir River and the Isabel II Bridge. The completely renovated apartment is decorated keeping the charm of the popular houses of one of the most emblematic neighborhoods.

The House or Patio de las Flores, where the apartment is located, has been declared of tourist interest in Seville. The building was built in 1903 being one of the popular corrals of the oldest neighbors in Seville. Among its many attractions are the ceramic altarpieces and tiles that adorn its patio. The building retains the old stone washers inside. The neighborhood, with access through the popular Castilla street, also allows you to contemplate from its interior the well-known Triana bridge and its banks.

Apartment was very comfortable with a lovely patio to walk through every time we went somewhere. Neighborhood is perfect with everything easy to walk to without being right by tourist attractions. Loved being in Triana area.

Lovely place to stay. The bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. I had some problems getting into the place however. The door unlocked with the code provided, but it just wouldn’t open. It was a combination of user error and a sticky door. Called and messaged host and they were super responsive.

The unit is lovely and check in was a breeze. The only downside was that the sofa bed was not as advertised and in my opinion not appropriate for any adult. Our family member who is over six foot and over 50 in age had an extremely rough night. The unit would be fabulous for anyone that doesn’t need to sleep on the sofa bed. Sadly, we cut our stay short due to this. That is something I have never done before.
