The location was great and it was very clean and easy to locate and access. The air con was good once we found out how to work it and the washing machine was very useful. The apartment was quiet but within easy access to cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a fabulous market. Response from the owners was prompt.

We could not sit outside or dry our clothes as this is not allowed in the rules of the apartments as we were informed by a neighbour, who was quite unpleasant. It would have been useful to know this when we arrived in order to avoid any misunderstanding. The air conditioning control unit was not in any obvious place and after messaging the owner we found that it was in the bathroom above the boiler, again this would have been useful to know on arrival. The apartment is much darker in reality than in the photos which meant it felt quite gloomy especially during the day.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y bien equipado.

Los vecinos se quejaban mucho de cualquier ruido, teniendo una conversación normal en el salón, y se dedicaban a pegar golpes a la pared como locos, en vez de pedir con educación si podemos bajar el volumen. Y también tener en cuenta que el secador está estropeado, al encenderlo suena muy fuerte y no calienta mucho.

Apartamento com tudo o que é preciso para uma boa estadia, com todo tipo de comércio nas redondezas, o mercado da Triana muito organizado, limpo e com uma oferta imensa de produtos e comida típica, em suma, gostei muito da localização do nosso apartamento.

O facto da rua estar completamente interdita ao trânsito e consequentemente não haver estacionamento disponível na rua, o que me obrigou a estacionar em parques estacionamento subterrâneos, todos caríssimos!! 😏😏

La posizione centrale.

Per la colazione non c'era nulla, neanche una bottiglia di acqua in frigorifero, mancavano spugne e detersivi sia per la cucina che per il bagno. Dal bagno veniva un fortissimo odore sgradevole di fogna, ho fatto presente il problema ma mi è stato risposto che era dovuto all'innovazione. In alcuni momenti dovevamo aprire le finestre per arieggiare i locali per la troppa puzza.
