T0 prático, limpo, ideal para quem passa o dia fora de casa. tem uma pequena cozinha, dá para fazer pequenas refeições. casa de banho pequena, mas funcional e sempre com água quente. o ar condicionado funciona bem. vidros duplos o que limita o barulho da rua. A cama tem boa qualidade. O sofá tem boa qualidade.
É uma área única, com uma pequena subdivisão para a cozinha, mas o frigorífico fica perto da cama. Penso que se poderia encontrar uma forma de dividir a zona da cama da zona de sala e frigorífico. Podia se usar um biombo, por exemplo. Mas é apenas uma sugestão.
