location not far from center,quiet street.
Instructions to open and came in only in spanish(we used translation).

Superbly located in Triana, close to all amenities, cafes and bars, yet quiet enough at night to get a very good rest. Really well decorated inside. Faultless.
A kettle would have been great, but there was a coffee maker so no harm done. Also, the keycode access pad was tricky to work out and we spent ten minutes trying to get in. Once we got the hang of it, no problem, but it was tricky.

Friendly and quick chat on booking, Luggage can be stored in storage room -1F, calm street
Many weeknesses and neglected maintenance state: 2km from city center, cleaning service detergent was smelling like vinegar in the floor and room on arrival day, no daily cleaning, digital door lock very shaky, furnitures are a bit run down and ikea quality, bed only narrow queensize&too soft, kitchen hinges partially broken, dark since only window points to tiny inner yard, bathroom trash bin broken, hair drier sounds broken, bathroom sink tiny
