Comfortable, clean and great location!

Fantastic location, direct access to the piste.

A little isolated at night, the restaurant and bar closes at 16:00 then you are on your own! But if you bring your own groceries etc then this is not a problem. The location outweighs the isolation!!

Geweldige berghut op de piste!

Superlocatie: ski-in. Lift staat naast de woning. Gezien je op de berg zit en je beperkt bent om boodschappen te doen wordt dit voor je geregeld. Schone badkamer. Goede bedden. Oostenrijkse sfeer. Wij hadden 5-6 persoons appartement; 2e slaapkamer aan de overkant van de gang, wij vonden dat net een voordeel, zo hadden onze kinderen hun eigen privacy. Bagage wordt met de trekker opgehaald en naar het huisje gebracht. Super geregeld. (Je mag mee ☺️)

Kleine luxe probleempjes: Ik miste wat dingetjes in de keuken. Zoals een spatel voor de eieren klaar te maken, en een houten lepel om te roeren. Nadeel van deze geweldige locatie is de trip daarheen. Sneeuwkettingen nodig gehad. Op de parking aangekomen moet je nog een stukje lopen over de piste, rond een skilift heen, bergopwaarts. Laatste stukje piste tot aan het huisje is een uitdaging voor een niet ervaren skiër 😅

Wir waren ganz alleine auf dieser Alm, haben uns aber mit der Ruhe auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem finde ich die

Die Lage und die Umgebung waren wirklich schön zum runterkommen. Was man wissen muss, dass man ohne Selbst Verpflegung weite Wege ins Tal zurücklegen muss oder auf die nächst höher gelegenen Alm wandern muss, um frühstücken zu können.

Leider sind die Ausstattung sowie die Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das macht zwar einen uriges Gesamtergebnis, aber es ist auch nicht mehr so komfortabel beim schlafen. Gerade im Badezimmer wäre eine Renovierung nötig

Der var den smukkeste udsigt.

At der ikke var nogen til at tage imod. Det lå helt øde - og havde nogle flinke tyske mænd, som boede i den anden lejlighed ikke hjulpet os havde vi ikke fundet indgangen. Vi har ikke kunne læse nogen steder, at det lå 20 min op af et bjerg. Der var ingen mulighed for mad. Restauranten var lukket - hvor kunne vi læse det? Vi kunne ikke køre op og bed flere gange om dagen. Vi endte med kun at blive det den første nat. I øvrigt blev vandet aldrig rigtig varmt.

Traum Ausblick der rest ist so naja.

Man kann kein Zimmer vermieten ohne Toilette. Unsere Freunde mussten nachts das Zimmer offen lassen das wir aufs Klo kommen und dann sind auch noch vom anderen appartement die leute ins zimmer in der Nacht reingestürmt weil sie nicht wussten welches appartement ihnen gehört.

Charmante Berghütte mit Panorama-Blick

Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einfach einmalig mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge. Die Zimmer sind klein und gemütlich, mit viel Berghütten-Charme. Wir haben das Appartment Anfang Mai gebucht, also außerhalb der Saison, weshalb wir eine göttliche Ruhe hatten und zum Frühstück und Abendessen ungestört auf der Terasse sitzen konnten - mit besten Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war ausreichend ausgestattet.

Wir hatten das kleinere Appartment für 4 Personen, bei dem ein Zimmer nur über den Flur zu erreichen war, den auch die Gäste des 2. Apartments nutzen. Wir haben uns aber gut damit arrangiert. Die Zimmer waren etwas dunkel und große Leute müssen auf ihren Kopf aufpassen, da der ein oder andere Dachbalken sehr tief hängt. Ansonsten haben wir nichts zu bemängeln und waren super zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Hier erlebt man 100% Berg-Feeling.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, daleko od ludzi. Spokój, cisza. Należy jednak zaopatrzyć się we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, brak bowiem możliwosci doraźnych zakupów, jednak gospodarze bardzo pomocni i są w stanie zorganizować wszystko

Dojazd do obiektu bardzo trudny górskimi serpentynami. Po raz pierwszy musieliśmy założyć łańcuchy. Ale i tak warto było.

Perfekter Skiurlaub

Der direkte Einstieg ins Skivergnügen war super. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch umgehend erfüllt - wir brauchten das Auto nicht bewegen. Die Au Alm ist der perfekte Ort für Skifahrer, Ruhesuchende (abends) und Naturliebhaber.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist top, man ist direkt auf der Piste und am Sessellift.

Die Deckenhöhe ist leider an einigen Stellen etwas nieder und man kann sich an Balken stoßen.
