The quiet, sunny location combines nature with easy access: The bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, and you can comfortably reach the village center—with its restaurants, cafés, and shopping—in about ten to fifteen minutes on foot. This means everything is easily accessible, even without a car.
In the summer, the house is an ideal starting point for active vacations and enjoying nature. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes start right outside your front door, and the extensive network of hiking and biking trails around the Wilder Kaiser is practically at your doorstep. Whether you’re looking for leisurely walks, challenging mountain hikes, or relaxing bike rides—here you’ll find the perfect place to experience nature and the mountains up close.

The vacation home has 120 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 12 people. It has a total of five bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed. The other four bedrooms are on the first floor; two of them have double beds, one has two single beds, and one has two bunk beds. In addition, the house offers two bathrooms, two separate restrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, and a garden.
On-site fees: Pets allowed; €20 per pet per night
