City Base Apartment

The apartment is very well located, in the center of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood (little street). Cozy, elegant, modern, sweet, with great sea view towards Mount Olympus and port on the right. Great sunset! Lots of swallows! We found everything we needed in the apartment, including coffee capsules. Apartment has balcony (sea) on one side of the apartment and terrace on the other (street). Our host was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much, Vassilis! The technician of the building was very prompt when needed (even on Sunday evening). I am happy we've chosen this location, it made the trip so much comfortable!

It can be sensitive for some the fact that the apartment is on the descending route of the planes, but they stopped during the night. The phonic insulation of the apartment is very good and wasn't a problem for us.

We had such a lovely stay in this fabulous and totally renovated apartment on 8th floor. The location is perfect near the sea front with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The Proxenou Koromila is quiet with small on-street boutiques and the Aristotelous Square is within short walking distance. There is all you need in the apartment and it is really nice to have your morning coffee on the big furnished balcony. Our host Vassilis was there waiting for us on our arrival and was extremely helpful. We warmly recommend the City Base Appartment!

Location, location, location!

There was limited storage space and few utensils in the kitchen. Neither bothered us as we were only there for 4 nights so it was fine for a short stay.
