Central luxury apartment at Proxenou Koromila

Very nice apartment, near to Aristotelous Square and the coastal boulevard. Cleanliness is at a high level, has absolutely everything for a stay even for a group of 5-6 people. Communication with the owner is easy and pleasant. Excellent location for the center of Thessaloniki.

Everything is fine. If you are driving, keep in mind that the apartment is located in the busiest part of the city and parking in the area is difficult. Persistently look for parking.

Its location is right in the city center, with a wide variety of options nearby ranging from restaurants and shopping to museums, squares, and parks. Also, the apartment is beautifully decorated and offers a very cozy atmosphere. Having home appliances such as a washing machine and dishwasher also provides a great level of comfort and convenience.

Due to its central location, finding a parking spot can be quite difficult, and unfortunately, the WiFi connection is very slow.

The apartment cannot be characterized as "luxurious". The one bed is just two mattresses, one on top of the other. Bathroom and kitchen are working, but the facilities are old. I guess that's why there are no photos of these rooms. The old windows make it difficult to heat the rooms.

The best thing about the apartment is its location. If you plan a short visit to the city, it gives you the comfort to have all main attractions, great places to eat and drink, shops at walking distance, so no need to use taxi, public transport or think about finding a parking on the narrow streets in this busy city. The building has a lift, so it is also comfortable for people with more luggage. Spacious rooms, well equipped, the WiFi worked well.

It didn't meet my expectations. The apartment is very noisy (probably this could have been expected based on the location of it, but it was no where indicated). We couldn't sleep well because the city around us didn't sleep until 3-4am :) If you plan a relaxing visit to the city, and not necessarily experiencing the night life, probably this is not the apartment for you - we were listening to the outside restaurants and cars/motorcycles all night long. Parking - although it said that there's free parking on the street outside, actually it doesn't. The street is one-way, very narrow, so there was no possibility even to drop our luggage in front of the apartment before parking. The paid parking at the end of the street was full, so we had to go around for quite a while until we found one 10 min walking distance from the apartment - 24 EUR / day. After walking around the area, we saw that actually there's possibility for free street parking nearby, but it is so crowded in this area that it is a matter of luck to find a spot. Bedroom / bathroom equipment very basic and far from comfort. Cleanliness okayish, but definitely there's room for improvement. I also expected to have some view from the apartment based on the property description, but the living room terrace was facing the narrow street of the building and our view was practically blocked by the building across the street (you can see with detail what the neighbors have left on their terraces :)), while the bedrooms were facing the inner parts of the building, which were not very attractive, not to mention that there was laundry left to dry on our bedroom terraces, so it was better to keep the curtains down.
