It was exactly what we were searching. We are family with 3 kids and it was ideal solution for us.
Location was excelent. You are in city center, close to sea.

Large living room with a good view in the city and the sea. I recommend it as a suitable apartment for families or groups of up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms but a not very comfortable bathroom.
Bathroom. The sink is not at the right standard height. The shower is small, low height and uncomfortable.

It was clean and fairly well equipped. it had a lot of potential as a really nice apartment but needed work on it. Excellent location.
The air conditioner was leaking water on the floor at quite an alarming rate so we had to switch off. It all felt a bit shabby- needed an over haul. had great potential but needed money put into it. the checking in system is daft- totally unsympathetic to older people - thank god we had our daughter with us otherwise we would still be trying to gain entrance. please offer alternative.; if you are not a person constantly on your iphone then this is not for you. Also, we found it difficult to locate the building. OH FOR THE PERSONAL TOUCH. BUT potentially a nice apartment....
