great location

Location is good as you are literally in the city centre. supermarkets, stores are at your reach on foot. Very spacious apartment. Families with children can stay well.Heating, a/c, tv functional.

the room floors are creaking. the door of the small tiolet was broken. beware of the mosquitoes even in november.

Would stay again

The apartment is very spacious and nicely equipped. Digital keys to the building and apartment worked well and enabled contactless check-in, which is highly convenient. The loction is excellent in regard to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, the waterfront, public transport, museums and historical landmarks. Host was very kind and communication always very swift. Overall a very positive experience.

Neighborhood is a little noisy, primarily for the guest in the street-facing bedroom, but nothing too serious. The ceiling in the bathroom is quite low and consequently i didnt really fit under the showerhead, which could be a slight inconvenience for anyone over 6 ft.

Nice apartament in the heart of Thessaloniki

I like the location and the fact that the apartament is very big, you have a lot of room to move around.

The bathroom could be improved, i think is the first think that will need to be upgraded, I would expand the celling to have the impression of a bigger room, as for the view I didn't enjoy that they covered 2 of the balconny I guess to avoid the excessive heat from the sun or the wind from the seaside, but I would enjoy to have an option to open or close them to make more light in one of the bedrooms.

We were very disappointed overall with the apartment condition and with the host's behavior.

The location was the best in the city; had a lot to offer in the surrounding neighbourhood. For Greek standards, the Wi-Fi was good (not great) because for some reason, Greece has really poor Wi-Fi connections all over (shocking for an EU country).

Smell of the apartment, furniture, floor, bathrooms, kitchen, elevator was tiny and decades old,

Location was excellent. Clean and large home. Nice kitchen facilities. Very nice staff. 5 couple can easily stay! New decoration is very nice. (We have stayed this place 5 years ago)

Bathroom has to be renovated. Second toilet's light is very weak. Neihgbours located upstairs makes a lot of noise. If they are permanent than it is a problem. Between 21:00 - 23:00 the kids simply run!!! Living room parquets makes noise when you walk. You wake people when you walk to go to the bathroom :) If they make a few touches to this home it will be one the most demanding place on this site.

Top Lager. Die Wohnung ist aber alt und hellhörig

Top Lager, sehr zentral, gute Räumlichkeiten

Man kann nur durch APP kontaktieren und Schlüssel Code bekommen. Die Hausnummer 100 war schwierig zu finden. Der Zustand von der Toilette ist schlecht. Ausstattungen in der Küche sind minimal. Wir haben Pech, da 2,5 Stunden Stromausfall am Abreisetag. Wir müssten früher checkout.
