The property is the perfect size for a short break away in Derbyshire with comfortable furnishings and easy to use facilities. The rooms were spacious and we really liked the use of space for clothing on built in shelves.
There were a couple of wear and tear marks from chairs on the walls in the lounge but with frequent use these are unavoidable and totally understandable.

Great location. Everything we needed in the property and lovely welcome with a bottle of wine, milk and bread.
Initially difficult to find as no number or cottage name but recognised the bifold door eventually. Parking on road but not really a big issue. Bifold door - use front door to get in and keep blinds pulled down if you have a dog as passers by made my dog bark.

Quite clean and nice kitchen etc , beds were clean and everything worked fine .
Fire or smoke alarm kept flashing at night in both bedrooms and we couldn’t sleep properly! Sofas a little poor shape and needed cleaning or replacing . Parking a bit of a gamble on the busy street but we managed each day .
