The house was perfect for our family and our dogs, close to various locations. Lots of good walks.
The farm shop was closed for the duration of our visit and we hadn't been made aware of this, there was also no welcome pack so we then had to go looking for somewhere to get the basics Tea, coffee & sugar. If we'd been notified before hand we would have made sure we'd bought it all with us.

Stunning! We’ve been meeting up for almost ten years and we know exactly what we need and like. This has to be one of the very best properties we’ve come across.
A little tricky to find in the dark and rain but the pre arrival information was spot on. Can’t wait to visit at sunnier time of year.

Well equipped and comfortable house, perfect for our family get together. Great seating area for outdoor dining, and a lovely, informal attached garden. The on site swimming pool wasn’t available, but the Graythwaite Estate had free access to the Lakeside Hotel pool and spa, about two miles away.
