It's an entire house, including the garden, so it's very comfortable to stay in. The house was very clean and had everything you need. The neighborhood is super quiet, so you can easily fall asleep. It's also quite close to Gion and the bar area, making it convenient for going out at night. Mr. Tanaka was always very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Very cute Japanese style house in the middle of Kyoto. Perfect if you plan on visiting the north-west and south of Kyoto. We have a family of 4 and it was great sharing the loft bedroom together! Our host was a pleasure to deal with and communication was great. Definitely recommend if looking for a Japanese style place in Kyoto!
