Shimpei has a lovely house with everything you need for your stay - kitchen with a lot of equipment for cooking, brewing coffee or tea, washing machine, etc. The house is in a very nice location (outside of touristy places, which we really enjoyed), with convenient stores and restaurants around, and very close to public transport or easily to commute by bicycle almost anywhere, as Kyoto is very bikable city. And Shimpei is a very friendly host with a lot of tips for you. If we have a chance to come again to Kyoto, this will be a place for us to stay again!

Great location near everything.Nice and quiet too. Fantastic visitor information provided by the host and also very helpful when we needed help with anything.
There was nothing we did not like about the property.
