Individual chalet - Montriond - Near the Ardent waterfall, the goat village of Lindarets and the Montriond lake - 6/8 people
Individual chalet (170m²), located in the hamlet of Ardent next to a stream and a pine forest, 100m from the Ardent gondola and car park which takes you directly to the Avoriaz area, Les Portes du Soleil. Near Morzine, on the road to Lake Montriond.
It is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- Entrance at the rear of the chalet giving access to a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
- A laundry room with washing machine, sink, shoe and clothes storage
- Separate WC
- A large living room with a lounge area with 2 sofas, coffee table, storage space, satellite TV, wifi, hi-fi system, a dining room with a table and 8 chairs, a fully equipped open kitchen with cupboards, ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher.
- 1st double bedroom with two pull-out beds and storage space, window
On the first floor :
- Reading area
- 2nd double bedroom with a double bed (140x190), storage space, window giving access to the balcony
- 3rd double bedroom with a double bed (140x190), storage space, window giving access to the balcony
- 4th double bedroom with double bed (140x190), storage space, window to balcony
- Storeroom with freezer and storage space
- A bathroom with bath and double washbasin, towel dryer
