The property is in a great location, but our experience was disappointing. The cleanliness on arrival was below standard

Great location as advertised.

Advertised as able to accommodate 5 adults. It cannot!!! Was not cleaned to a good standard at checkin ( it was left cleaner than we found it)

Great location, great company but wouldn’t stay there again.

Great location

Way too small for the amount of people that it is supposed to sleep. Bed was awful in bedroom. Travel cot was broken and unhelpful service to get another one. No instructions on how to find the room in the middle of the night. Accommodation was old, worn and needs updating.

Reception personnel not well trained. Good location but very very basic accommodation. Everything was extra charged..towels bedding wi fi. Ok if your Ona a very tight budget. Shabby dirty apartment. Only good thing was the central location.

Bad

The view from the apartment is nice and location is central.

The service was really bad. The day we arrived in Avoriaz is was snowing heavily and we had our ski equipment and bags. There was no information on how to move around or how to get to the agency which is not at the hotel and nowhere to store our luggage until the 5pm check in time. There were multiple other smaller hick ups, I don't think Maeva is a serious operator and I would discourage from using the operator. The apartment was not clean as well.

Disappointing

The location is very good. All appliances were working.

Multiple nights people were shouting, screaming, and running over the indoor hallways to annoy and wake up other people. This was between 10pm and 04am and thus waking me up multiple times a night. Given it were multiple people I did not feel safe. Not able to get the keys during lunch time so I had to wait quite a while. The ski lockers are not big enough for snowboards. Very very limited cleaning equipment.

nice apartment, but the restaurant below is VERY noisy and has NO regard whatsoever for whoever may be trying to sleep a

the amenities within the property were absolutely fine and as expected. it was warm and comfortable. But the TV did not work. the location is right on the central street of the falsies section and is super easy for ski in, ski out.

The apartment is located on the first floor immediately above a restaurant that appears to have no regard whatsoever for the residents in occupancy just 1.5 meters above them. it was literally impossible to get anything resembling a nights sleep without being woken repeatedly by either the clientele of the restaurant or the staff closing up. This issue was only compounded by the early morning noises from the piste groomers and other plant and machinery required to deliver goods to said restaurant and other shops etc. so to sum up. there’s nothing at all wrong with the apartment. But it’s location and neighbours mean that I could not recommend it to anyone that has more than 2 in their party, or is planning to sleep in the front room. Had this been stated in the advertising then I would perhaps not feel so disappointed. I strongly recommend that the listing be modified to advise families that this is a potential issue.

miserable and filthy apartment but great location.

location was great

the immense smell of pizza and cheese from the restaurant with a shared ventilation with the apartment was terrible. add to this the microwave and tv that simply didn’t work. a fridge with missing shelves and a dishwasher where the entire tray system would collapse if moved in order to be filled. Nb not to forget the extremely worn conditions with beds that are evidently never cleaned and an apartment that was so filthy that we had to clean it when moving in.

Small but functional, and well-located in centre of village.

Central location in the heart of the village, close to all amenities, ski-in, ski-out. Apartment small but just about ok for 4 (claims it is big enough for 5, but this would be very uncomfortable in my opinion). Main room warm, pleasant and light with big windows and nice view, and small outside balcony.

No reception on site, have to walk 10 minutes up hill in snow to collect keys and sort out any problems. Problems during our stay included out-of-service lift, broken microwave, and room lock changed without our knowledge or consent.

Localisation, agencement appartement

Équipement nul: pas de nespresso, aucun kit min de départ (liquide vaisselle, papier wc, dosette LV,… Couteaux ne coupent pas D’autre part propreté discutable (quand on pense au forfait nettoyage à 143€ pour 30 m2…)

Odeurs WC désagréable. Aucune insonorisation menuiserie obsolète car cela donne sur la rue des restaurants bars. Des travaux sont à faire dans ce genre d appartement. Dans son jus.
